Hilton Hotels Arabian Travel Market Event Support

The Arabian Travel Market is one of Dubai’s most popular hospitality and tourism expo’s and the Hilton Group is a regular participant with a huge presence at the event. To support their expo initiatives, Trivium designed and produced a series of marketing assets which included livery creatives for their stand production with posters, graphics and digital animations. A visitors guide was designed, printed and distributed at the stand with complete information regarding Hilton’s activities at the 4-day event. One of Hilton’s signature hand-outs was the cardboard-based trolley boxes that were designed and produced by Trivium’s fabrication team. Hilton hosted a post-event corporate party for which Trivium designed invitations and on-site comms via print and digital channels. Trivium also arranged for hostesses to provide support at the stand.

Trivium also worked with the corporate team to produce a directory booklet that features information on over 200 Hilton properties in the region. Launched at the ATM event, the directory is segregated by region and all properties feature synopses, images, facility details and is also supported by visuals and overviews of each region. The entire directory has been designed, copywritten and even print-produced for delivery by Trivium.

Coinciding with the Dubai event, Trivium also designed a Dubai city map that indicates the Hilton collection of hotels in the emirate. The map design uses an isometric graphic style with a 3D-angle perspective, with simple markings of the hotels and other prominent landmarks, making it easy to follow and navigate through. The map is a simple folded collateral that also features short synopses on each hotel with contact information. Following design, Trivium saw the project through to print and delivery.

Sourcing, production and supply of corrugated box-trolleys, sourcing of event hostess services, exhibition stand livery design with print and fabrication, design with artwork and print production of all collaterals including event guide, regional hotels directory and city map.
