As part of Accor’s operations in Saudi Arabia, a strategic program was devised to support the Nationalization of Hospitality’s Career & Jobs. As one of the key priorities to all Hotels’ Operators in KSA, directly linked with the country’s 2030 vision to increase level of Employment Ratio across the country, Accor needed to build a robust program that pushed this cause. As the biggest hospitality operator in KSA, Accor combined its existing Career Development Programs and Development Programs offered by Saudi Ministry of Tourism to launch the Tamayyaz program in 2022.
Trivium was entrusted to develop the branding for this program including design the identity, establish the visual language and produce the various communication assets and operational collaterals for candidates to use and to promote the program.
