The "The Butler Did It" campaign highlighted the exceptional Butler service at Nurai Island Resort, offering high-net-worth guests an unparalleled level of personalized luxury. Inspired by the classic whodunnit trope, the campaign used humor and light-hearted storytelling to showcase how butlers go above and beyond to create delightful surprises for guests, often without them realizing who was behind the thoughtful gestures.
Trivium conceptualized, copywrote, and storyboarded a series of five engaging videos, each depicting scenarios where the butler discreetly turns potential inconveniences into memorable moments. From retrieving a cherished scarf swept away by the wind to orchestrating a romantic anniversary surprise, the narratives captured the essence of impeccable service that defines Nurai Island Resort.
To bring these stories to life, Trivium collaborated with the production company House of Ten, managing all aspects of production—including casting, props, styling, wardrobe, and drone operations—over two and a half days of filming on the island. The final videos were featured across YouTube, social media, and inflight communication channels, receiving excellent engagement and positive reception from Aldar Hospitality.
The videos were strategically distributed across various video channels and digital advertising spaces, delivering exceptional engagement. By blending whimsical narratives with high-quality production, the campaign effectively showcased the bespoke luxury that Nurai Island offers its discerning guests.

Our approach for "The Butler Did It" campaign reimagined the classic whodunnit concept with a playful twist, crafting humorous mystery stories that highlighted the extraordinary dedication of Nurai Island’s Butler service. Each storyline was meticulously written to balance intrigue and charm, ensuring the narrative resonated with the resort’s luxurious yet approachable ethos. Transporting these stories onto the screen required a focus on high production values. Collaborating with House of Ten, we executed a seamless integration of cinematic storytelling with the island’s stunning backdrop. From precise storyboarding to on-location direction, every detail was designed to deliver an engaging, visually striking campaign. Through clever narratives and top-tier production, we created a series of videos that captivated audiences across digital, social, and inflight platforms, bringing the unique charm of Nurai Island’s Butler service to life.
