In 2020, Cafu appointed Trivium as its social media agency to enhance its brand presence and drive audience engagement. Managing Cafu’s social channels, we ensured consistent messaging and impactful campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter.
Our strategy included community engagement, responding to user interactions with support from Cafu’s technical team. We developed content calendars featuring original video content and influencer collaborations that highlighted the time-saving benefits of Cafu’s services. A standout initiative was an engaging online game that drove user interaction and amplified brand reach.
When Cafu introduced its car wash service, we launched campaigns showcasing its ease of use via the app. During the pandemic, our messaging emphasized contactless safety, positioning Cafu as an essential service. CSR efforts, seasonal campaigns, and customer testimonials further boosted brand trust.
Our work increased engagement, grew followers, and elevated Cafu’s position as a leading on-demand service provider in Dubai.
UAE fuel delivery service Cafu registers around 40% increase in orders as lockdown eases. The increase has been attributed to a behavioural change among users, with an increasing number of customers opting for contactless service options. Rashid Al Ghurair, founder and chief executive officer at Cafu, said, “The lockdown measures that the government of the UAE had introduced were absolutely necessary and the right steps to curtail the spread of the virus. The content strategy for Cafu focused on delivering relatable messaging that resonated with its diverse audience. By highlighting the convenience of its on-demand services, the strategy positioned Cafu as a lifestyle enhancer rather than just a utility. We crafted campaigns that blended subtle brand integration with real-life scenarios, leveraging seasonal moments and influencer collaborations. Short-form video content became the centerpiece of the strategy, supported by interactive posts and gamified experiences that turned the brand into a memorable presence online. Every piece of content reinforced Cafu's value proposition while staying relevant and impactful.
